This is finsk.

Sorry it's been so long!  I was in New York last weekend, and I got sick.  I spent all this week just getting better, and I've been so tired since my body is spending all of its energy just trying to get back to 100%

So, I thought I'd say hello to the internet again with this post about my WANT shoe of the moment.  I've actually have been looking at these Finsk shoes for a while, andI feel that I really should get them.  They look like a work of art.  Cubeism.

Hope you guys are well!  Let me know how you all are!

This is an outfit.

Hey guys!  I'm in New York right now, just hanging around.  I had some downtime so I thought I would post an outfit set.  The Kimberly Ovitz shirt I have is huge.  It's so loose around the shoulders and very baggy.  It's a definite must to wear a shirt underneath with this one.

I'm so excited to do some shopping in New York.  Oak was one of the first places I went to.  But there's another store, so I gotta check that one out tomorrow.

Have a great weekend everyone!

This is Helmut L.

Here are my fave looks from Helmut Lang's new collection.  I especially adore that first look.  The layer upon layers!!  I really like that cape with the huge funnel neck.  I always have loved Helmut Lang for their outerwear, always incorporating shearling and fur into their heavy winter coats, and these new pieces are so fabulous.  And that black suit with red dye/bleaching treatment on it is such a unique look...so bold and so strong.   I'm a big fan of this year, I'm almost speechless!

This is kimberly.

I know you will probably be so tired of seeing these runway posts, but I need to keep up with my favorite designers new lines!  Hopefully, I won't post too many of them and make you sick of me..boo boo.

Kimberly Ovitz is one of the first designers that made me actually think about what to wear .  When I saw her clothes for the first time, I thought, 'This is the type of woman I want to be--strong, independent, unique, and admirable.'  I really adore her design aesthetic.  It's always so dark (not at all in color or weight but in expression)...even her more feminine drapey pieces have a sort of darkness to them that's very captivating.

Her new stuff is equally soo.  And I know that there's that trend of tough stylish hacker goth (due to Girl with Dragon...still love the H&M line by Trish Summerville btw) but Kimberly Ovitz's new collection is not all all ripping that off.  Rather, I feel like she is one of the first who really embraced that look, and has really pushed the limits of that style so well.

All the layered pieces are superb.  The prints, fur, and leather layers mesh so well together.  The long dress is so striking.  Simple yet chic.  I really love the detail on the short dress and it's complex geometries on the dress itself.  The same goes with the leggings in the last picture.  I feel like I'm looking at ancient hieroglyphs when I really look at those legging pants.  So fantastic.

What do you guys think? ^_^

These are sneaks.

I just found out about these sneakers, and I'm in love with it's floppy ears!  These Cinzia Araia Rabbit sneakers are so adorable but also street chic.  They come with long leather rabbit ear panels that attach  to the neck of the sneaker.  You can wear it floppy, or you can wear it slick and slim..all depends on your mood.  They're kinda like jedi sneakers, don't you think?

I love the versatility of these sneakers, and the many colors they come in...in perfect distressed condition, complete with scuffed soles.  I've been looking for a new pair of sneakers...these may be the one.

This is heaven.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday!  Wasn't Madonna's halftime show incredible?  It was so elaborate and really a magnificent show.  Her entrance was so glamourous, so Madonna.  I loved it.  I am continuously in awe of her.

Did you guys manage to spot the Jeremy Scott's winged Adidas shoes on the dancers' feet!?  Such fun sneakers for hip hop dancers to wear!  I thought it would be a perfect time to post these photo details of my somewhat new vest from Jeremy Scott.  I haven't gotten a chance to wear it out yet :( but I do appreciate the detailing and construction of it so much.  The wings are gorgeous and the leather is so thick and luxurious.  I just need to find the right time to wear it, since I'm scared it will come off either to ravey or too teenage.  I know I can do; it will just take the right event and feeling.

Hope you all had the best weekend!

This is slap happy!

This is probably one of the happiest days of my life to find out that this type of watch exist.  Yes, I know it looks simple..hence the name!  It's simplicity is also because of the fact that this is a slap bracelet!!!! AHHHHH  I can't contain myself.

I used to love playing with my slap bracelets when I was younger and wondered when the trend would come back.  I had them in all crazy neon colors and in leopard print and tiger print.  I can't wait to get one of these.  Just the ease of putting it on is enough.  Sometimes I get so lazy to even put on one of my watches...yeah I know it's easy, but I'm very lazy sometimes.

Ordering one now!  Now they only have to make a watch with neon pink and yellow leopard print.  Or maybe even a simple black and white dalmatian print would be nice! Viva Lisa Frank!  Viva the 90's  :)
